How to get WordPress Form Entry Data

If you have a form in WordPress and would like to retrieve the entry data, you can watch the video here, or scroll down and follow the written instructions.

If you want to view individual entries:

1. Log in to apic.org/wp-admin
2. Click on Forms in the left hand navigation
3. In the list of Forms, find the form you are interested in. If you hover over the title of the Form, it will give you some options, including "Entries." Click "Entries."
4. You will now be given a list of entries. You can now look through the entries and find the ones you are interested in and click on them to see more details.

If you want to download all the form entries:

1.  Hover over "Forms" in the left hand nav or click on it, and then click on "Import/Export:"
2. You will be presented with a list of fields for the form. Click on "Select all." The scroll towards the bottom of the list of fields and deselect some of the meta fields, as they wil likely not be relevant:
3. When ready, click on "Download Export Report."
