What is Print Hold?
Print Hold stores all the documents that you sent to the Canon Printer into a queue called Hold. When the job is held in the Hold Queue, you can select it from the job list to print. Using Print Hold is a better practice for APIC because this process will help save toner, paper and ensure that documents will not get lost in a paper shuffle or forgotten about after it has been printed.
