What is Secure Print?
Secure Printing allows print jobs to be sent to the printer in a secure mode. This way the print job will not print right away. Instead, you will physically need to enter your PIN into the Canon copier, before your documents will be available for printing.
Why Would You Need Secure Printing?
Secure printing will always require you to enter your PIN before your documents are available for printing. This is a security feature that ensures that the confidential and private documents do not get lost in the paper shuffle or picked up by unauthorized viewers.
